Warranty Exclusions
Breeze pergola structures are covered for 15 years from the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
The Breeze warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by extreme weather events beyond rated specifications
- Neglect or improper maintenance
- Normal cosmetic wear over time
- Damage caused by third party accessories or alterations
- Commercial misuse unless otherwise approved
- Labor costs outside approved warranty service terms
Natural variations in finish appearance and minor cosmetic changes over time are considered normal outdoor aging.
Coastal Environment Care
Homes located near coastal environments may experience accelerated surface wear due to salt air exposure. Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended to maximize finish longevity and appearance.
